Personal Training

Our nationally accredited-certified personal trainers are motivated to help you meet all of your fitness and health goals. They will begin by assessing your current fitness levels and help set short- and long-term fitness goals. You will continue by learning proper technique in strength, cardiovascular and flexibility exercises, gain strength and endurance with scientifically based exercise programs and schedules, and ultimately improve body composition through proper nutrition and exercise. Personal training is available for individuals, pairs or small groups.

Kickboxing Coaching

Kickboxing Coaching Rates

Personalized kickboxing coaching/training. Your 1-hour session will include learning the basic martial arts technique of Muay Thai and kickboxing; learning combinations, learning how to defend and strike; and conditioning training to keep you on your toes and ready to go.

Rowing Coaching

Rowing uses a smooth rhythmic motion to engage your legs, core, and upper body, offering a balanced, full-body, low impact workout. Through coaching sessions the focus will be on improving technique, building strength, and boosting endurance. Whether you want to improve your fitness, form, or prepare for the next physical fitness test, coaching sessions on the machine will allow you to navigate rowing with ease and confidence and improve your fitness.
