Group Fitness

Join a fun and supportive environment with certified instructors leading a range of classes, including:

  • Strength and Conditioning. Total body workouts, HIIT, circuit training
  • Cardio Workouts. Zumba, spin, kickboxing, step aerobics
  • Mind and Body. Yoga, Pilates, stretching and mobility
  • Specialized Classes. Boot camps, functional fitness, barre, dance fitness

Unit PT and Group Training

Military units can schedule private group training sessions to meet fitness goals and mission readiness.

  • 60-Minute Session – $60
  • 60-Minute Buddy Session (2 people)* – $85
  • 4-Session Package (60 minutes each) – $225
  • 4-Session Package Buddy Session (60 minutes each)* – $320
  • 8-Session Package (60 minutes each) – $430
  • 8-Session Package Buddy Session (60 minutes each)* – $610
  • 12-Session Package (60 minutes each) – $610
  • 12-Session Package Buddy Session (60 minutes each)* – $870

* Partners must have similar fitness goals and agree to train together for all sessions.

Kickboxing Coaching Packages

Rowing Coaching Packages

  • Groups up to 5: $45 per person
