Unit PT and Group Training
Military units can schedule private group training sessions to meet fitness goals and mission readiness.

- 60-Minute Session – $60
- 60-Minute Buddy Session (2 people)* – $85
- 4-Session Package (60 minutes each) – $225
- 4-Session Package Buddy Session (60 minutes each)* – $320
- 8-Session Package (60 minutes each) – $430
- 8-Session Package Buddy Session (60 minutes each)* – $610
- 12-Session Package (60 minutes each) – $610
- 12-Session Package Buddy Session (60 minutes each)* – $870
* Partners must have similar fitness goals and agree to train together for all sessions.

- 60-Minute Session (3-5 people) – $120
Rowing Coaching Packages
- 60-Minute Session (3-5 people) – $120
Private Yoga/Zumba/Pilates Packages
- 60-Minute Session (3-5 people) – $120
Running Coaching Packages
- Individual sessions: $70
- Groups up to 5: $45 per person
- 4 sessions: $265 individual
- 4 group sessions: $170 per person
- 8 sessions: $505 individual
- 8 group sessions: $325 per person
- 12 sessions: $715 individual
- 12 group sessions: $410 per person
