Building a Positive Sports Experience for All
At Youth Sports & Fitness, we believe that sports should be fun, safe, and rewarding for every child. To create a positive experience, we ask all parents, players, and coaches to follow our sportsmanship guidelines and participation rules.

Sportsmanship Requirements
All parents and guardians must complete Sportsmanship Training before registering their child for Youth Sports. This ensures everyone understands the values of respect, teamwork, and fair play.
- Sportsmanship is about fairness, respect, integrity, and self-control in how players, coaches, and spectators treat one another, going beyond winning to create a positive, trustworthy environment as essential for ethical competition and youth development. These principles extend far beyond sports, shaping fair play and respectful relationships at work, school, and in everyday social interactions, strengthening communities and fostering collaboration, trust, and inclusivity. Sportsmanship can be cultivated through practices like self-control, patience, respecting differences, and celebrating effort, ultimately boosting enjoyment, reducing conflict, and building stronger, more connected communities both on and off the field of play.
