  • Spouses
  • Children (young and grown)
  • Parents or legal guardians
  • Siblings
  • Other Family members listed as next of kin

To apply you must first complete the IMCOM Form 44, Application for Survivor Access Card, and then submit it to your local Survivor Outreach Services (SOS) Coordinator

How Long Support Lasts

Grief has no timetable, and neither does our support.
You can connect with SOS:

  • Right after the loss
  • Months later
  • Even many years down the road

Our services are open-ended. We never “close the case.” Instead, we stay available for as long as you need us, whether that is today, next month, or years from now. Once you’re part of the SOS family, we’re here whenever you reach out.
