Cancellation & Refund Policies

MWR Tours cannot refund trips due to illness, quarantine requirements, military movement, TDY, or denied leave. Please purchase trip insurance to cover such circumstances.
Customer trip cancellations are permitted by COB on or before the registration deadline.
In the event that a customer cancellation results in a charge to MWR Tours, such fees will be passed along to the customer.
When MWR Tours cancels a trip, all registrants will receive a full refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations past the registration deadline or for no-shows.
Trips are transferrable only up to the registration deadline. To transfer the trip to another party, both parties must be present in the office at the same time to complete the transactions.
Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase their own trip insurance.
All questions should be directed to the MWR Tours manager.
