EFMP Family Support teams offers:
- Systems Navigation. Get connected with services on and off post.
- School support. Understand IEPs and 504 plans, and ask our staff to attend school meetings with you.
- Needs assessment and plan. Set Family goals in a one-on-one setting.
- Support groups and events. Meet other Families and share experiences.
- Resource guides. Access DoW tools like EFMP & Me, free DirectSTEP® e-courses, and Special Ed Connection.
