Unleash your inner powerlifters and show off what you got! 🏋️
USAG Stuttgart Iron Stallion Invitational — Powerlifting meet will be held on Jun. 21 at Panzer Fitness Center. This event is an amateur competition that is not sanctioned. Participants will be competing under the rules of USA Powerlifting and will be scored by the Wilks formula.
All participants will receive T-Shirts; 🏅 1st, 2nd, 3rd males & females will receive medals; 🏆 heaviest lift in male & female will receive awards.
This is an open event. No weight classes.
⏳ Timeline of the event:
- 7:30 - 9 a.m. — Check-in, Equipment checks, and Weigh-in
- 9:30 a.m. — Safety & Rules briefing
- 10 a.m. — First lift (Order of lifts: Squat ➔ Bench ➔ Deadlift)
*Lifters can wear singlets or form fitting clothing but nothing loose or baggy.
Cost
$20 per individual registration.

Stop by any USAG Stuttgart Fitness Center to register starting May. 5 through Jun. 6.
