Oct 16 2026, 8:30 am - 2:30 pm
Everyone is invited to participate in the USAG Stuttgart Fall Classic Golf Scramble! This four-person team scramble is an opportunity to enjoy a day of golf, friendly competition, relationship building, and building new connections as the Stuttgart golf season comes to a close.
Check-in will take place inside the clubhouse from 7 to 8 a.m. Because it will still be dark around check-in time, practice balls will not be available until 7:15 a.m.; however, players may check in and begin preparing their carts and gear upon arrival. Opening comments and the rules brief will begin no later than 8:15 a.m., followed immediately by the shotgun start, no later than 8:30 a.m. The awards ceremony will take place no later than 2:30 p.m.
Entry fees are $35 for E-1 through E-5 and $42 for everyone else. Payment is cash only—U.S. dollars or euros—and may be made at the golf course on the day of the event. Each team will receive two carts, and free range balls will be available before the start. Rental clubs are also available; please notify Timothy Holloman when submitting your team if you or anyone on your team will need rental clubs.
The event will use a four-person scramble format.
Proper and preferred attire includes a collared shirt and appropriate pants or shorts. Players are encouraged to wear golf-appropriate clothing for comfort and course etiquette. T-shirts, tank tops, cut-offs, sandals, and boots are not permitted. Proper golf shoes or sneakers are required.
Time-off status for participation will be coordinated between each participant and their director or supervisor.
