Step back in time with a one-day guided tour to Bamberg, a Bavarian jewel so perfectly preserved it has been a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1993.
Known as the "Franconian Rome," this city is built on seven hills and offers a breathtaking journey through over 1,000 years of German history. Unlike many European cities, Bamberg survived World War II almost entirely unscathed, leaving its original medieval and Baroque layout intact for modern explorers.
During your free time, be sure to check out Altes Rathaus (Old Town Hall), Bamberg Cathedral (Bamberger Dom), "Little Venice" (Klein Venedig), and Neue Residenz & Rose Garden.
Join our group for a day of architectural wonders, legendary stories, and authentic Franconian culture!
Cost
$189 per person. Trip includes coach transportation, MWR Tour leads & 2-hour English guided culinary tour with samples of various local specialties.
