Schlegeis Bridge overlooks Schlegeis Lake right after achieving a short 2 mi but very steep hike up into Olperehutte. The views on the single trail up and down to Olpererhutte are stunning facing glaciers and gorgeous mountains cradling the beautiful turquoise lake.

The hut has a delicious drink name after their hut, rabbits, goats, a beautiful heart facing the lake, and every feel a mountain hut gives you! Enjoy some more hiking or refueling in this hut before or after the bridge hike. Once you come off the mountains, enjoy dinner at Dominik's hut, or venture out to enjoy views around the lake.
