Mindfulness and Grounding Class

Do you wish you could find some inner balance? This class may be just what you need!

Participants will learn and practice several mindfulness and grounding techniques to refocus the mind on the here and now and learn to relax thus reducing stress and anxiety, regain mental focus, and feel more balanced. 

Minimum of 5 students needed for class to take place.  A slice of pizza and beverage will be provided for lunch.
