Military life isn’t always easy, but resilience can be built in more ways than one. BOSS Resiliency Through Art gives Service Members the chance to slow down, clear their minds, and channel energy into something creative.
This isn’t about being an artist; it’s about expression, release, and discovering a new outlet for stress. Whether you’re picking up a brush for the first time or already love being creative, this experience is designed to strengthen mental well-being while giving you space to breathe.
