"Be a Hero!" 5K Fun Run

The 'Be A Hero' 5k Fun Run is anticipated to be one of USAG Stuttgart's most popular family runs of the year! Dress up as your favorite superhero and join us at the start line at Kelley Fitness Center! All ages are welcome, and don't leave your family's furry friend behind because dogs are welcome. Plenty of room for strollers, too! 

This official Month of the Military Child event supports our community's children by raising awareness about Child Abuse Prevention Month (CAPM), celebrated every year in April since 1983. Witness the annual signing of the CAPM and Sexual Harassment/Assault Response Program community proclamations.

The first 250 sign-ups will receive a free event t-shirt! Enjoy the race alongside your family and friends, and go at your own pace. 

Same-day registration and bib pick-up is available 7:30-8:45 a.m. the morning of the race.

• Race kicks off at 9 a.m. at Kelley Fitness Center
• Run is pet, child, and stroller friendly.
• Open to ID cardholders only
• Refreshments available at the finish line 

Registration runs Mar. 7 - Apr. 7, and you can easily register at any USAG Stuttgart Fitness Center (at Kelley Barracks, Robinson Barracks, Patch Barracks, or Panzer Barracks).

*** You can also stop by USAG Stuttgart Patch Arts & Crafts Center to make your own superhero cape! Visit Patch Arts & Crafts on April 6 or April 8, 4-5 p.m. Ages 8+. $15 and materials are included.
