Nestled in the picturesque setting between the town hall and St. Jakob, the Reiterlesmarkt is considered one of the most attractive Christmas markets in Germany. The Reiterlesmarkt in Rothenburg ob der Tauber traditionally takes place between the market square, green market and church square as well as in the atrium at the town hall. In addition, the entire old town is decorated with bright lights during Advent! The Alt-Rothenburger Reiterlesmarkt is THE Christmas market in Rothenburg ob der Tauber and is one of the most popular Advent markets in Germany. The market has approximately 54 stalls along with the large Christmas tree in the center should be lit up!
