The Kelley Woodshop & Framing Studio offers you the opportunity to complete your woodworking project from start to finish, with the guidance from trained, friendly, and experienced woodworkers - all experience levels welcome! We pride ourselves in working with customers who walk through the door, talk with us while we help sketch out your project, and we can help step you through it to completion. We don't do the work for you - we leave that for you because that's where the pride in your project comes from! Stop by today and say hello.

  • Woodworking
Both hand tools and heavy machinery are available to you (machinery usage requires the completion of our safety course). Woodworking projects vary, from custom wood pens and plaques to cutting boards, antique repairs, pinewood derby cars, and more! We welcome projects of virtually any scope and size, and we are happy to assist you - just walk through the front doors and talk with us.

Woodshop Safety Classes are offered free of charge on Monday evenings from 6 - 8 p.m. except on U.S. holidays.  A $50 fee gives you a safety qualification card allowing you access to the woodworking equipment.

A 4-Week Beginning Woodworking Class is also available, generally held on Wednesdays, 1600-2000, and you will learn everything included in the woodworking process, from the types of wood and how to read the rings, different hand tools, and safety, to the best finishes to use on your project based on it's planned use. Stop in to discuss class availability. The 4-week Beginning Woodworking class is $125 for customers with their Woodshop Safety Class card, or $175 for customers that do not have their card (they will receive a card at the end of the class). Stop in or call to discuss class start dates.

Wood is for sale right inside the woodshop, including both soft and hard woods for your next project (available by the board foot).
  • The Framing Studio offers you the ability to frame virtually anything! Materials are available on site, including matting, framing, plexiglass, glass, and more. The framing studio specialist can answer all of your framing questions and is happy to assist you.

Framing Studio Classes are designed to teach you how to frame your artwork, certificates, and memorabilia like the pros. Learn how to choose molding and mat colors, how to measure accurately, how to cut and build your frame, how to cut glass, and how to professionally assemble the pieces together. Bring a piece of artwork around 8" x 10". Materials not included. Classes are available by appointment and we encourage all interested students to stop in to discuss their goals and schedule their class.
  • Engraving on Wood is available right inside our studio so you can add that custom unit logo, text, and more to your project to take it to the next level. The Patch Arts & Crafts location also provides engraving on additional surfaces in addition to wood.
