Army Family Action Plan

The Army Family Action Plan (AFAP) is your platform to communicate to Army leadership quality of life issues and resolutions to help better your community. Service members, Family members, Survivors, Retirees and Civilians can express what works, what doesn't, and propose resolutions. 

What has AFAP accomplished? 

  • In-state tuition for military and dependents
  • Paternity leave for Active Duty
  • Audio/Video Surveillance in Childcare Centers
  • Distribution of Montgomery GI Bill benefits to dependents
