USAG Stuttgart Family & MWR Continues Phased Transition to Cashless Operations
To create a faster, more efficient, and convenient experience for our community, Family & MWR programs and facilities across USAG Stuttgart are continuing the phased transition to a cashless point-of-sale system. Customers can pay seamlessly with major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
This change is rolling out in stages to streamline services and enhance security. The transition schedule is as follows:
Already Cashless (Since Oct. 1, 2025):
Already Cashless (Since Feb. 2, 2026):
Effective Feb. 18, 2026:
"Moving to a cashless system in many of our facilities allows us to better serve our community,” said John Hamilton, Family & MWR NAF Support Division Chief. “It improves efficiency at the register, helps reduce risk, and allows staff to focus on delivering quality service rather than handling cash.”
