S.L.A.M. the Alarm

Introducing SLAM the Alarm, the newest addition to our lineup of sports and fitness group classes. Crafted with early birds in mind, this dynamic offering provides an invigorating start to your day.

Our 45-minute boot camp-style session is meticulously designed to meet the unique needs of working parents, offering a perfect balance of intensity and efficiency.

Expect a dynamic blend of cardio and strength training guaranteed to kickstart your morning, fueling you for the day ahead. Whether we're outdoors on Husky Field (weather permitting) or at the Patch Fitness Center, all you'll need to bring along is a water bottle and, for outdoor sessions, a yoga mat or towel plus a set of dumbbell weights (5-10 lbs recommended for beginners). If you prefer, mats are available at the fitness center. Get ready to seize the day with SLAM the Alarm!

Cost

Attend one or all three SLAM the Alarm classes every week for just $50 per month.

Registration Information

You can sign up for this class at any of our USAG Stuttgart Fitness Centers.
