- 10 kettlebell cleans (50/25 lbs)
- 5 kettlebell overhead presses (50/25 lbs).
Join Kelley Fitness Center for the Kelley's Weekly WOD (Workout Of the Day) Challenge!
The first challenge begins Monday, March 2, 2026, and will continue every Monday thereafter. Each week, participants can complete a prescribed workout—measured by time or repetitions—and record their results to compete for the top weekly scores.

Weekly workouts will be posted on an A‑frame chalkboard at the front desk, where participants can log their best times upon completion. This challenge is open to all members of the USAG Stuttgart community.
