The next Youth Workforce Preparation Program (WPP) will take place in the Winter Semester from Jan.18 - Apr.11, 2018.
Positions for youth include Office Aid and Recreation Aid.
Placement sites include Patch Youth Center, Parent & Outreach Services, CYS Sports Programs and other CYS facilities.
WPP positions are limited tenure NTE 12 weeks per appointment and participants are not allowed to do consecutive semesters.
Dec. 12- 14: Announcement period, www.USAJOBS.gov, apply for the Winter Semester WPP.
Dec. 13, 3:30-5:30 p.m.: Resume Writing class for youth.
Dec. 14, 2:30-4:30 p.m.: Interviews will be conducted at the WPP Job Fair.
Registration Information
All applicants must apply for the winter semester on www.USAJOBS.gov during the accouncement period from Dec. 12-14.
There is no need to register for the workshops or interviews.
