55-minute flow to lengthen and strengthen your body as we move our bodies to an amazing playlist.
Options are shown for all levels so come as you are. Expect to leave the class feeling stronger, more centered, & happier.

Cost
$5 per class and $45 for 10 classes.

Cardio Loft and Basketball Court will be closed from 1 p.m. on May 15 until 5 p.m. on May 16 due to a fitness event. Weight Rooms and Nautilus Room will be closed only during the event.
