Options are shown for all levels so come as you are. Expect to leave the class feeling stronger, more centered, & happier.

Cost
$5 per class and $45 for 10 classes.

Cardio loft, nautilus room, and basketball court will be closed from 3 p.m. on Oct. 15 through 1 p.m. on Oct. 16 due to hosting an official function. Spin room and both weight rooms will be temporarily closed between 9:45-11 a.m. on Oct. 16.
