Enjoy a free yoga class to celebrate National Yoga day. EFMP will also give away free copies of the book "Calm Ninja" for the first 10 registered participants, along with other giveaways. The author of the book "Calm Ninja" will attend the special reading virtually.

Free to all DoD ID Card holders.
