This yoga class is designed for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
Yoga offers flowing, dynamic, alignment-based sequence of poses that release tensions and bring balance, while synchronizing breath and movement.
*Class does not meet on Federal Holidays.
Cost
One class costs $5 or get 10 for $45.
