Take the Wood Shop Safety Class and begin your journey into woodworking with confidence. This essential course provides the knowledge and skills you need to work safely while preparing you to bring your creative projects to life. By completing the class, you’ll be one step closer to turning your ideas into finished pieces in the wood shop. Completion of this safety course is required prior to using the machine room.
Woodworking Safety Class
📍 Kelley Arts & Crafts Center
📆 Every 1st & 3rd Monday of the month at 6 - 8 p.m. & select Saturday at 9 - 11 a.m.
- If either the first or third Monday is a holiday (Feb, Apr, and Sep) the Safety class will be offered on the 4th Monday of the month.
- Saturday class dates:
- Jan 24, Feb 21, Mar 21, Apr 18, May 16, Jun 27
All participants must arrive at the Kelley Arts and Crafts Center 15 minutes prior to class to complete the required paperwork.
Cost
$50 per person.
Registration Information
Participants must be 18+. Pre-registration not required.
