Register Now!Austria is home to countless Christmas markets, but the most famous one is probably at Vienna’s Rathausplatz — the square in front of the Town Hall. This Christkindlmarkt is the heart of the Viennese Christmas season.
On the culinary side, you’ll find the traditional seasonal favorites everywhere from pastries and roasted potatoes to Buchteln, Baumkuchen, and sausages with Spätzle. With around 100 charming booths, the market also emphasizes sustainability and family-friendly fun. You can also enjoy an ice-skating rink, a Ferris wheel, and more!
