Move the Body, Relax the Mind!

This class explores mind-body exercises as a tool to help manage stress. Participants will learn about the evidence-informed benefits of using exercises, including yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong, to help support mental, physical, and overall well-being.

Participants will also have the opportunity to practice a few simple movements and leave with tips and resources to explore and develop the practices discussed.
