A dynamic, stationary, spinning experience led by a specially trained instructor.
For beginners and seasoned athletes, spinning classes will help strengthen and tone both body and mind.
*Class does not meet on Federal Holidays.
*Class subject to instructor availability.
Cost
$5 per class and $45 for 10 classes.

Cardio loft, nautilus room, and basketball court will be closed from 3 p.m. on Oct. 15 through 1 p.m. on Oct. 16 due to hosting an official function. Spin room and both weight rooms will be temporarily closed between 9:45-11 a.m. on Oct. 16.
