Lake Garda offers many of the most exciting outdoor experiences, like Via Ferratas! It's lion-hearted stuff, no doubt, but wouldn't you like to experience the thrill of adventure in total safety? If the answer is yes, then you can't miss one of the most phenomenal outdoor experiences on the whole high lake.
Let's talk about the Via Ferrata Signora delle Acque on the Rio Ruzza. A really suggestive name for an absolutely incredible path. Look up, it seems impossible, but you'll have to get up there! The ferrata covers a vertical drop of about 140 meters, all in complete safety thanks to the newest metal equipment. In two hours, you will experience your adrenaline climbing as you make your way up the pegs and brackets tucked into the rock and cross bridges that suspend over the void. Cool breezes form the waterfalls will give you a feeling of gratitude when Mother Nature and our man-made innovations come together and make an unforgettable experience in the edge of the Italian Alps. After a rewarding climb, get transferred back to Riva del Garda, a bustling Italian town, which doubles as a tourist resort, located at the northern end of Lake Garda. This is the dramatic end of the lake, with mountains rising on either side, and Riva sits comfortably on the shore, with a backdrop of the lake, valley, and hills. The town's main lakeshore area is made up of a harbor, a park, and a beach, so there is a variety of promenading on offer. Visitors should also allow some time for exploring the rest of the historic center, set just back from the lake and protected by the town's fortress. Opposite the waterfront, there is a chain of cafes where you can indulge in that classic Lake Garda activity: sitting with an ice cream or drink and watch the world go by.
This is a medium-level Via Ferrata. Beginners can join if you have a strong upper body and athleticism.
Helmet, harness, lanyard, and lead included in price.
