Soldier and Family Readiness Group Training includes an overview of the Command Structure, information on roles and responsibilities of each SFRG member.
Examples of how to best support the Commander and their intended purpose of maintaining the soldier and family readiness. Best practices on volunteer roles, descriptions, and implementation of SFRG. Provide communication networking modes, resilience areas of focus and how to motivate and encourage engagement of volunteers.
Class takes place on Panzer Kaserne, Building 2915, Family Room.
Cost
