Saving for College:Scholarships & Student Loans

This class is a part of the Fired up about Finance$ Series: An important first step for college is figuring out how to pay for it.  Create the right financial plan to make your dream and/or your child’s dream a reality.  Become familiar with the variety of scholarships and resources that will complement your contributions to the plan. This course will help you begin to calculate the cost of college and set a realistic savings goal.  We will explore all types of tuition assistance including loans, grants, scholarships and the GI Bill. Participants will also learn about the processes and deadlines for applying for financial aid.
