Run to Remember

The Run to Remember was started in 2008 at the request of the Chaplain for 1st Battalion, 10th Special Forces Group (Airborne) and is dedicated to the brave men and women who have given their lives for our country in the post 9/11 era. 

The race starts on Panzer Kaserne at Panzer Parade Field and continues out of the Panzer back gate and ends back at Panzer Parade Field. The course is challenging, pet friendly, but while strollers are allowed, they are not recommended due to terrain and narrow trails. Race is timed (5K run, 1/2 marathon).

First 250 to register receive an event t-shirt (sizes are first come, first serve).

T-shirt and bib pick up is 6 - 7:15 a.m. on the day of the race at Panzer Fitness Center.

Names submitted of post 9/11 heroes killed in action by September 1 will be recognized at the opening ceremony.
