Robotics Club

Learn to build and program a real robot!

#
Note: This event has already passed.

Beginning with constructing simple motion bots from scraps, participants will then move on to increasingly more complex robots, including a robotic hand, a hydraulic arm, and robots with sensors.  Each meeting will include discussion and hands-on activities.  As skills progress, discussion will include programming language for robots.  The final project will be the planning and construction of a functional robot, with two teams competing to have their robot complete a task in the shortest time.  Grades 6 and up.
