Origami offers a gentle way to focus your mind, cultivate patience, and invite calm into your day. Folding a paper crane becomes a meaningful ritual—symbolizing hope, healing, love, happiness, and peace. As you create each clean, intentional line, you’ll find yourself grounded in the present moment with a renewed sense of gratitude. Paired with positive affirmations and a mindful flow yoga session, this experience encourages self‑discovery, deeper connection, and inner peace. You’ll also have the chance to connect with others, share reflections, and unwind during a relaxing tea time.

What to expect:
- 15 minutes positive affirmation writing 
- 30 minutes creating an origami crane card holder
- 45 minutes Mindful Flow (gentle yoga)
- 20-30 minutes tea time

Each participant will receive a small gift after the session.
