Navigating Middle School
An event where incoming 6th graders are joined by 7th and 8th graders in various activities designed to reduce anxiety about entering middle school.

Is your incoming 6th grader anxious about middle school? Are they worried about lockers, homework, and other potential challenges?
Join us for a fun filled afternoon of team building activities, where incoming 6th graders are joined by 7th and 8th graders in various events. The interactive activities and breakout sessions will provide an opportunity for the 6th graders to have their most burning middle school questions answered.
Activities include tug of war, obstacle course with combination locks, relay races, and great insight from enthusiastic 7th and 8th graders.

Pre-registration by August 16 2019. Parental Permission slips must be completed prior to the event. If special accommodations are needed, please contact EFMP prior to registration.
