MWR Tour: Vianden Castle and Luxembourg City Tour

With origins dating from the fourth century as a Roman outpost, this castle is one of the largest fortified castles west of the Rhine River. Through the centuries, the castle has changed, but the more familiar, Romanesque style was built from the 11th to 14th century. 

After exploring the castle, transfer over to the city of Luxembourg. Officially the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, it is a small, landlocked country in western Europe.
