Get your heart racing on the steepest alpine toboggan!

Note: This event has already passed.

Forty curves at full throttle! A racing experience needed on vacations in the Austrian Alps is a ride on the steepest Alpine roller coaster. With an altitude difference of 640 meters and a track length of 1.7 miles (2.8 km), resulting in a top speed of 26 miles per hour (42 km/h), a lightning-fast descent into the valley is guaranteed. This summer toboggan run is in Tyrol and delights the little ones as well as the grownups. The 2.717 meter high Series Mountain, or "High Altar of the Alps" as Goethe called it,  is one of the most popular recreational areas near Innsbruck. Thanks to Stubaital's cable cars, you can experience hours of relaxation in nature, hours of entertainment in the Tyrolean mountain world, and a fun and adventurous way to leave the mountain with the toboggan. Or simply take in the wonderful view across Innsbruck all the way to the Karwendel mountain range whilst enjoying the sun at the traditional alpine meadow and huts enjoying the day slowly and without rush.

Cost

$105 per adult. $95 per child (under 18).

This price includes gondola ride up the mountain and toboggan ride down.

(Gondola ride down with MWR Staff available on request.)
