Build confidence in the gym with Learn to Lift, a beginner‑friendly, 4‑week small‑group program designed to teach the essential foundations of strength training. In a supportive, non‑intimidating environment, participants learn how to safely and effectively use both resistance machines and free weights while developing proper lifting technique, understanding workout structure, and mastering key strength‑training principles. Across four one‑hour sessions, you’ll receive hands‑on coaching, personalized feedback, and guidance tailored to your experience level. With a maximum of eight participants per group, you’ll get the attention you need to feel comfortable and capable in the gym. At the end of the program, you’ll walk away with a beginner‑friendly strength plan you can confidently follow on your own.
