We are pleased to announce our 4-session iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation Program. iRest® Yoga Nidra Meditation is an evidence-based, mind-body practice of deep relaxation that releases stress, increases resiliency, & calms the nervous system. iRest teaches tools that you can use throughout your lifetime to deal with difficult situations skillfully, and to develop a deep and secure sense of well-being. It is the result of over forty-seven years of observation, research, & hands on development by clinical psychologist and yoga therapist Dr. Richard Miller & associates.
iRest is beneficial for all level of yoga practitioners. No previous yoga experience is required.

This four part workshop dates are Oct. 28, Nov. 4, Nov. 18 and Nov. 25 at 5:15 pm at the Patch Fitness Center.
