Come join us on a history-rich tour this Veteran’s Day Holiday Weekend to Luxembourg Memorial Cemetery and Bastogne Belgium.  This IMCOM-E BOSS trip is open to all single Servicemembers, geographically unaccompanied Servicemembers (while station overseas), and their guests. 
 
Participants should bring weather appropriate clothing, euros for meals, fees, and shopping, toiletries, and anything else you deem essential. Feel free to bring entertainment for the bus ride. For I-Pad, I-Pod, DVD players, and etc. please use headphones. 
 
Passport is required for this trip!

Stuttgart Outdoor Recreation (Panzer Kaserne), Bldg. 2593
Nov. 10, 3 a.m.
 
Vogelweh Bowling Center (Kaiserslautern), Bldg. 2060
Nov. 10, 6 a.m. 
 

Cost

IMCOM-E BOSS Service Member = $199 
All other ID Card Holders = $399 
Single Supplement Additional Fee = $109 (limited rooms available)

Trip includes:

• Roundtrip transportation on German Motorcoach
• 2 overnights in Luxembourg Hotel (includes breakfast)
• Entrance to Fort A19 Hakenberg
• Visit Luxembourg American Memorial Cemetery & Veteran's Day Memorial Ceremony
• Full day tour to Bastogne

Registration Information

To register for any of our trips or tours, please come by our office on Panzer Kaserne or give us a call during normal business hours (Monday, Thursday, and Friday: 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.).  All participants must be 18 years old to attend event/trip/tour by oneself.  Minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.  All trips are subject to change.  Trips may be cancelled due to lack of participation.

Minumum participation must be met by Friday, November 3, 2017.  If minimum participation is reached, then registration is open until trip is full.
