Get competition‑ready with our 12‑week coached HYROX training program, built for athletes of all fitness levels. This structured program develops the strength, endurance, and race‑specific skills needed to confidently take on every station—from sleds to wall balls—while improving running performance and overall conditioning.

Meeting twice per week in a motivating group environment, participants build both the physical and mental resilience required to perform their best on race day. Whether you’re training for your first HYROX event or pushing for a new personal best, this program provides the expert coaching, accountability, and proven training structure to help you succeed. Program begins Aug. 11 and aligns perfectly with fall HYROX races across Europe, including:

  • Hamburg, Germany: Oct. 28–Nov. 1
  • Nice, France: Oct. 29–Nov. 1
  • Dublin, Ireland: Nov. 11–15
  • Düsseldorf, Germany: Nov. 11–15
  • Barcelona, Spain: Nov. 12–15
  • Poznań, Poland: Nov. 20–22
