Do you feel a little overwhelmed? Don't let the stresses in life consume you. The Family Advocacy Program will be teaching helpful techniques such as:
- Progressive muscle relaxation
- Guided imagery
These techniques and skills are designed to help you cope with stress and anger, and get a grip on your Zen.
