This trip is perfect for intermediate hikers who are looking for a moderate challenge combined with the breathtaking natural beauty of the Black Forest.
The Adventure
Our journey will take us along the scenic Feldbergsteig loop trail, a 13.3 km path that promises majestic views and stunning landscapes. This challenging yet rewarding hike covers varied terrain, including natural paths, gravel, and paved surfaces, with a total elevation gain of 500 meters. Along the way, we’ll pass several charming mountain huts where you can pause to enjoy local cuisine and refreshments. The day culminates with a spectacular, must-see view of the serene Lake Feldsee.
Who is this trip for?
This is a moderate-level hike requiring good fitness. It's designed for intermediate hikers ready to tackle a 4-5 hour trek and experience some of the best scenery Germany has to offer.
