Join the Exceptional Family Member Program (EFMP) and the Juvenile Diabetes T1 Support Group to connect, share, receive helpful advice and support. This support group is intended for children and parents of children with T1 Diabetes. The group meets via Zoom. All DOD ID cardholders are welcome to join.
