The annual Community Activities Registration Education (C.A.R.E.) Fair is the best opportunity to meet representatives of all kinds of organizations in USAG Stuttgart all in one location.  You'll be able to speak to the individuals and organizations of your community and in many cases register on the spot for activities and events. 

C.A.R.E. Fair is taking place again on Panzer Kaserne in 2022, and this time in Building 2915 on multiple floors (same building that Service Credit Union, Army Community Service, Family and MWR, the VAT Office, and the Passport Office are located in).

Numerous organizations will participate at the C.A.R.E.; please see confirmed participants below: 

American Red Cross 24/7, has volunteer opportunities, and offers CPR, BLS CPR, Babysitting and Wilderness and Remote First Aid courses throughout the year! 
Army Counterintelligence The Stuttgart Field Office conducts aggressive unilateral, bilateral, and multilateral CI operations to deny, disrupt and dominate hostile intelligence threats to DoD organizations, personnel, equipment and missions within Baden-Wurttemberg. On order, SFO provides scalable CI capabilities throughout the EUCOM area of responsibility in support of USAREUR-AF missions.

AWAG (Americans Working Across the Globe) The purpose of AWAG is to train, strengthen and connect American-affiliated communities around the globe through leadership development training, promoting volunteerism, and providing networking opportunities.
Black Forrest Quilt Guild The Black Forrest Quilt Guild is a great opportunity to join together with the host nation and sofa members to sew and learn new techniques together. We have fun once a month during our meeting from 6:30-9 p.m. Some of the activities we do are "Block of the month", show and tell, teach things, eat, and so much more. We have a mini retreat once a month. We donate our items to the local Kinderdorf, port pillows for cancer patients, Christmas gifts for the Stuttgart Elementary school and other donations for the community
BSA Troop 324 The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. The organization is now known as BSA and has troops for both boys and girls from 11-18 years old. Troop 324 has an active program which includes monthly camping trips and other group outings. 
Civil Air Patrol The Civil Air Patrol program's goal is to develop young people (age 12-17) into responsible citizens and aerospace Leaders through four program elements: Leadership, aerospace & stem, fitness and character. Here in Stuttgart we accomplish this through once weekly meetings during the school year, once per month special weekend activities, and volunteer service to the USAG Stuttgart community throughout the year.
Coleman Aero Club The Coleman Aero Club (CAC) is a non-profit all volunteer aviation enthusiast group and approved private organization of the US Army Wiesbaden Military Community. Membership is comprised of individuals from various NATO forces to include DoD Civilians and their family members. The CAC operates a fleet of two Cessna 172’s and one Socata TB-10 out of the Worms Airport and is open to new membership. The Coleman Aero Club was established in 1972 with the purpose of stimulating an interest in general aviation, to provide authorized personnel with an opportunity to engage in flying as a recreational activity and to encourage the development of knowledge and skills in aeronautics, navigation, mechanical, and related sciences.
Community Bank Community Bank provided by the military services exclusively for you owned by the department of defense, community bank exists to provide convenient and affordable banking services and financial information to help with your banking needs while overseas.

Cub Scout Pack 324 The Cub Scout Pack 324 serves the elementary age Scouts on Patch Barracks.  We welcome both boys and girls from kindergarten through 5th grade.  The Scouts are organized in grade level dens that meet twice a month.  All the dens meet together monthly for outdoor activities during the school year such as camping, hiking and even fishing.  Additionally, we work to help make the community a better place through service.  If you would like more information or to join our pack please visit our Facebook page or send us an email.

DPW Environmental Division The Environmental Division ensures compliance with Host Nation and US regulations to protect the environment from harmful substances. We promote recycling and provide information how to do it correctly. We monitor Drinking Water quality to regulated standards and ensure that red list species are protected within the Stuttgart installations. 
FOCUS (Families Overcoming Under Stress) FOCUS (Families Overcoming Under Stress) is a fun and interactive resilience coaching program for active duty couples and families. We emphasize emotional regulation, communication, and goal setting skills for relationships. The program is 6 sessions for couples and 8 sessions for families. We conduct promotional, educational, and fundraising activities in support of Stuttgart Theatre Center sponsored events.
Galaxy Bowling Center The Galaxy Bowling Center will offer a chance to sign up for leagues, hand out free bowling coupons. 
German American Women's Club To promote understanding and friendship among women of different nationalities while doing good in the local community and sponsoring international student exchange.

Public Health Nursing The mission of Army Public Health Nursing (APHN) is to enable Total Force Readiness through promoting population focused health, mitigating disease and injury, assuring Force Health Protection, informing policy, and responding to emerging health threats.  Examples of services include: medication monitoring for tuberculosis, tobacco cessation, Child and Youth Services consultation, DoDEA consultation, mass immunization events, and communicable disease contact tracing (i.e. COVID-19 and sexually transmitted infections).  Community health and sanitation is addressed through individual patient care and community wellness programs.  APHN – Supporting Soldier Readiness and Improving the Health of Our Community!
RSO and Ministries The Stuttgart Chapels offer a wide variety of religious services.  Weekly Chapel services, fellowship and education groups, service opportunities, youth ministry, counseling services - we aim to serve!
SHARP The USAG Stuggart SHARP office provide support services to survivors of sexual harassment and sexual assault . Services are open to active duty military personnel, government employees, contractors, and family members over the age of 18. Support services include: safety planning, information about reporting options, law enforcement advocacy, non-clinical supportive counseling, court accompaniment, support during medical exams, and information for referrals. Sitzmarkers Ski and Board Club Sitzmarkers Ski and Board Club provides a fun, enriching, and memorable experience on the slopes for the youth (grades 7-12) of our community in an environment that values safety and personal character. Sitzmarkers offers 3 overnight and one day trip during the winter season for between 85-110 youth per trip and we work hard to keep costs reasonable. Stgt German American Wanderin Club The SGAWC (Stuttgart German American Wandering Club) promotes and encourages the sport of wandering throughout Germany and other countries in Europe through participation in Annual, Guided and Permanent Walks of other wandering clubs; and the hosting of our Annual Hosted Walk - this year on Sunday 02 Oct 2022.
Stuttgart Army Wellness Center The Army Wellness Center Program helps soldiers and retiress, their families, and Army civilians build and sustain good health. It empowers them to set their own health , goals and achieve them. It adresses lifestyle change in areas that affect both short-and long term health, engaging people in their "life space" the places where they live, work, relax and rest. Body composition, Metabolic testing, Unit assesment, Stress Management, Sleep Management, Helath Nutrition Tobacco Education, Physical Fitness.
Stuttgart Community Spouses Club The purpose of the Stuttgart Community Spouses Club is to promote charitable, educational, social, and recreational activities among its members and the Stuttgart community. Such activities include fundraisers, contributions to charitable organizations, volunteering, monthly social functions, special interest groups, and travel opportunities for club members.
SCSC membership is open to all spouses and members of the U.S. Armed Forces, civilians of the U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Forces contract employees, employees of other organizations granted status under the NATO Status of Forces Agreement, and other civilians holding a valid U.S. passport and residing in the Stuttgart community.

Stuttgart Piranhas The Stuttgart Piranhas is an international youth swim team open to swimmers in the Stuttgart area, representing the United States and the Stuttgart Community. The team is part of the European Forces Swim League (EFSL), competing in swim meets around Europe including Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, England, and Belgium. The swim season runs from August through February. Registration is now open see you in the pool
Stuttgart Ski Patrol The primary missionof the Stuttgart Ski Patrol is to train individuals to be come members of the National Ski Patrol.  While we do not have a mountain to patrol in Europe, members are able to join patrols when returning to the states.   Additionally we have many members who wish to increase their training in wilderness first aid to be more self sufficient in a wilderness setting
Stuttgart Theatre Center We are a branch of the US Army garrison Stuttgart Community Recreation Division; Our twofold mission is to provide live shows of all types for our military community and also to provide an opportunity for our talented service members, community members and their families to develop and maintain their skills in all aspects of the performing arts, as well as to assist the command in promoting host nation relations through interaction and cultural activities
Stuttgart Veterinary Treatment Facility Our purpose is to protect the health of the USAG Stuttgart military community by providing world-class, effective, efficient and dedicated veterinary support to food safety and defense operations, Military Working Dogs, community animal health, and zoonotic disease control across the full spectrum of military operations.
Stuttgart Youth Bowling League We are a youth bowling league for kids up to age 18 that can bowl three games without bumpers. we meet every saturday from 1030 till complete with games which is roughly around 1200. We are a scholarship earning league, the bowlers can earn scholarship money for higher education after highschool. Our bowlers have a fun time each week. We also have coaches that can help the kids with some tips on becoming a better bowler.

USA Health Clinic Stuttgart, Educational and Developmental Intervention Services EDIS serves the families in our Stuttgart community. Our mission is to support children with special needs and has two working components. USAG BOSS Program The mission of the BOSS program is to enhance the morale and welfare of the single member, increase retention, and sustain combat readiness. The BOSS program helps commanders address the well-being of the single service member, unaccompanied service memeber and single parents in their commands.

USAG-Stuttgart AT/FP The Stuttgart Antiterrorism Office conducts a myriad of force protection tasks in order to prevent, mitigate or eliminate possible terror threats against USAG Stuttgart and the community.
We provide force protection services to the community in several ways to include Antiterrorism awareness training, we conduct surveys and assessments; we provide assistance in the preparation of Special Event packets for major unit, social and school events; we use the media to enhance the community’s situational awareness by informing them of local happenings such as protests and demonstrations in the Stuttgart footprint. We do this and many more services for the Stuttgart Community.

USYS Stuttgart The purpose of USYS Stuttgart is the individual development of players to achieve their full potential in the sport and promote the growth of soccer in the community. USYS Stuttgart U7 to U15 teams play in the Württemberg Football Association (WFV) as “USYS Academy Stuttgart / Hildrizhausen e.V.”, providing an opportunity for U.S. players to further enhance their skills by playing in a competitive German club league. USYS Stuttgart also maintains a “training program” for U19 players that will run from September to March of the following calendar year.
WIC The Department of Defense (DOD) offers the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Overseas Program to eligible overseas beneficiaries. The WIC Overseas Program provides participants and their families with important benefits, including:  -Nutrition and health screenings -Nutritious foods -Tips on how to prepare balanced meals -Access to other resources that help families lead healthier lives  The WIC Overseas Program is available to eligible participants living overseas. Eligible participants are: Pregnant Women, Breastfeeding Women (up to infant’s first birthday), Post-Partum Women (non-breastfeeding), Infants and Children up to 5 yrs old.    Contact your local WIC Overseas office to determine if you and your children are eligible for the WIC Overseas Program.
