Merry Christmas and Happy Holiday Season! This time of year brings joy and happiness, and sometimes a little stress! Come join us for a holiday themed yoga class to have fun, but also to rest and relax our nervous systems. This class will have holiday themed music and yoga poses (think 12 days of Christmas) and end in a guided meditation. Wear a fun Santa hat or holiday shirt, appropriate for moving and practicing yoga. This class is for all levels of yoga experience.
