This beginner's workout uses basic techniques for punching and kicking, as well as basic exercise movements for toning muscles and building stamina.

This class offers perfectly choreographed movements to high energy, motivating music. All levels are welcome. 

*Class does not meet on Federal Holidays.
*Class subject to instructor availability.

Cost

$5 per session or 10 sessions for $45.

  • Basketball Court (Gym) is only available after 2 p.m. on a daily basis on weekdays until contract work is finished. Gym is available all day on weekends.
