This class focuses on glutes, legs and core. We work on improving the strength and mobility of the lower body while also developing core stability and overall balance.

This class is suitable for everyone - progressions and regressions are available for everyday exercise. 

*Class does not meet on Federal Holidays.
*Class subject to instructor availability.

Cost

$5 per session or 10 sessions for $45.
