Arts for Resilience — Theatrical Skills Workshops

#

Discover the power of creative expression to strengthen resilience, boost morale, and build community. Thanks to a generous grant provided by the CREATIVE ENGAGEMENT with the ARTS Initiatives Grants Program, we are pleased to announce our very first workshop series, Arts for Resilience.

Arts for Resilience is a unique, hands-on workshop series led by three world-class professionals:

  • Kitty Bloch – A Stuttgart Ballet dancer, choreographer, and instructor.
  • Dörte Jensen – A professional stage combat choreographer and instructor.
  • Daniel Okulitch – A world-class opera singer and Broadway performer.

These workshops offer movement, voice, and performance-based sessions that reduce stress, build emotional resilience, and support personal growth. Not like your typical workshop series, this one moves, breathes, and fights back! No experience needed — just a willingness to explore and express.
