Participants will learn how to navigate the Volunteer Information Management System, (VMIS). They will learn how to search, apply, and account for their volunteer hours and use the system as a repository of their volunteer service.
Organization representatives will learn their role and responsibilities as an OPOC. Attendees will learn regulatory guidance regarding onboarding and managing volunteers. We will cover the Volunteer Management Information System (VMIS) and how to certify hours for their volunteers. We will dive deep into the administrative management in VMIS.
